Terms of Use
This is a generic terms-of-use template. Before publishing, it should be reviewed and adapted by a lawyer for Tajikistan law and Fardo Group's actual terms of business.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Fardo Group ("the Company") and anyone visiting fardoconsulting.com or using the Company's services ("the Client"). By using the site or requesting services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
The Company provides business consulting, logistics and education services through FardoConsulting, FardoCargo and FardoSchool. The scope, timeline and cost of services are agreed individually and set out in a separate agreement with the Client.
3. Payment
Service costs are agreed before work begins. The Company applies fixed prices for standard services; for non-standard tasks the cost is determined after a consultation.
4. Confidentiality
The Company will not disclose information received from the Client to third parties, except as required by law. Where needed, the parties sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
5. Rights and obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate information and documents. The Company agrees to provide services in good faith and within agreed timelines.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for consequences caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client, or for decisions of government authorities outside the Company's control.
7. Dispute resolution
The parties will seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are referred to the court at the Company's location under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
8. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the site.
